The International Camp Counselor Agency (ICCA) was founded by Camp Directors for Camp Directors. We know, first hand, the life impact that camp has on campers and counselors alike.

ICCA recruits and trains international counselor candidates for summer camps in the United States. We screen each counselor personally and look for quality candidates that have leadership potential, language fluency and the "right stuff".
ICCA partners with J-1 Camp Counselor Visa Sponsorship Programs to take care of your international counselors' travel and eligibility requirements.

The International Camp Counselor Agency (ICCA) recruits candidates from around the world to travel to join the camp counselor team of summer camps in the United States between June and August on a J-1 Camp Counselor Visa.
Our ideal candidates are ages 18 to 25, enthusiastic and ready to experience a life-changing summer as servant leaders in a children's' summer camp program. Applicants must have an understanding of the English language and previous experience in skills and activities that will enhance the summer camp experience.
